It’s During These Times When We Find Out What Matters Most To Us
It’s during these times when we come face-to-face with the decision between choosing life and choosing death. Our collective action, perhaps now more than ever, directly impact our lives, the existence of the human species, and all life on the planet. Humanity’s collective behavior effects the collective of humanity.
The “collective” behavior of humanity obviously starts with each one of us. What’s important to us determines what we choose based on what we “value most”, and what we value most determines our actions and our behavior, and our actions has this immense importance.
Therefore, by observing, or examining our own behavior we can find out who we truly are. We can understand. We have a chance to see.
It’s now…, in thee times, when so much more appears(even though “the whole” always rides on each of our decisions) to be riding on our decisions. Deciding to open, not to open. Deciding to wear a mask, not wear a mask. Deciding to social distance, not to social distance. Deciding to continue pumping poison into the atmosphere from fossil fuel burning, not to pump poison.
It seems things may finally be coming down to the wire. So hopefully we’ve seen this together and we form now go forth with the understanding that each of our decisions matter immensely in that they literally carry the weight of life or death.
