The Act Or Process Of “Breathing” Appears To Be Our Connection To The Whole
Our breadth appears to serve as our “interface”, or connection to the whole where the “inside world” meets the “outside world”.
As we take the outside world inward in the form of air which is comprised of the whole of the “environment”, we are continuously re-uniting with the whole. So as long as we are alive, we are one with the whole.
The process of living itself serves to transform the “inhaled”, or internal breadth into the “exhaled”, or external breadth. That is, the process of living itself transforms the makeup and substance of the inhaled breath into something completely and totally new which is then also something absolutely required for the continuance of life in the external world.
One example is how the plant kingdom requires carbon dioxide as part of their photosynthesis process — which means we keep plants alive while they also keep us alive. (And it is understood that plants do many, many beneficial things for us)
This motion itself continuously reaffirms, in each and every moment of life, our inextricable connection with the whole.
Is any of this true?
Please look to see if you can see what is being point to here for yourself. Observe like a scientist, impartially. If you’re partial to something other than what it is you’re observing while you’re observing, then you’re probably not really observing, and if you’re not observing then you have no chance of “seeing” and then really changing.
